Booking an appointment
Before you visit
If you need to speak to one of our physiotherapist about your condition you can do so before your booking. If you do not need to discuss it please notify us about the nature of your condition before you book an appointment.
If you would like to use your private insurance policy to cover your treatment please contact your insurance company helpline on how to get an authorization or if your doctors referral is necessary. Please note that it depends on the type of your policy how many sessions you will be covered for.
Bring appropriate clothes for your treatment as some parts of the body may need to be exposed. Shorts, or vest may be necessary.
If your problem has been previously diagnosed or if you previously had any medical investigations such as X-rays MRI’s etc. please bring your results with you.
